Terrible treatment and delay, they were watching the Mexico game and then they went to eat, there was 1 box of "4" available and they never take the importance of Internet or Google ratings. More specifically, my problem was that my wallet was stolen and in it came my identification and my card.
At the entrance they told me to block my card by phone and go to the executive module. When I went to the cashier, they did not let me process or unlock my card because they also stole my identification (INE, they did not accept another one)
So I have been weeks without being able to receive or withdraw money from my card. Just as bad as the other banks.

Wait time is horrible also it will work if you know the people because they will jump you 1st in line defenetly not a bank that I will recommend

Terrible phone service, I'm trying to contact the bank because I made a transfer somewhere else and they don't answer, a machine answers me

They have a very strange shift system, they have preferential treatment for certain procedures and people who arrive after you go to checkout first.
